In motion
A vest on an evening run, cuffs on a living room mat, a cat under the seat in front of you. The same few products, through a whole day.
Carrier size finder
Stand your pet up and take two numbers, nose to tail base and floor to the top of the head. Type them with the weight, and the finder names the size.
Your pet fits the Medium carrier, 17 x 11 x 11 in, the size designed for cabin travel.

Built to carry
Each pair of our ankle cuffs holds ten weight bags, five a side. Pull a few out for the first week and put them back as the moves get easier.
We fill the vest with iron pellets and metal rock in front and back pockets, so a 12 lb vest stays compact and does not slosh when you walk.
Our carrier lets air through on every side and lets your pet see you, with lockable zippers at the top and side openings.
The carrier mat is fleece on foam on a wood board, so the bottom does not sag under a heavy cat when you lift it by the strap.
The litter box pan is stainless steel. It does not soak up urine the way scratched plastic does, and a damp cloth wipes it clean.
Our dumbbells wrap a steel core in silicone with grip grooves, and our cuffs close with a long hook-and-loop strap that does not dig in.
Good to know
Delta and American list 18 x 11 x 11 in for a soft carrier under the seat, Alaska lists 17 x 11 x 9.5 in. Our Medium is 17 x 11 x 11 in: check your airline before you book.
The Feline Veterinary Medical Association puts a carrier on the floor behind a front seat and keeps seat belts for crash-test certified carriers. Ours is not one, so it rides on the floor.
International Cat Care recommends one litter tray per cat plus one more, and a tray one and a half times as long as your cat from nose to tail base.
A Cleveland Clinic sports medicine specialist points to vests of 5 to 10 percent of body weight, and Harvard Health keeps ankle weights for leg lifts, not for walks.
Since 2018
Year by year, the Henkelion line has grown one load at a time: a pair of ankle cuffs, a carrier, a vest, a litter box.

How it is made
Every Henkelion product starts with a load. For a cuff, it is a few pounds that must stay above the ankle bone through a hundred leg lifts. For a vest, it is up to 20 lb that must sit on the chest and back without bouncing. For a carrier, it is a cat that shifts its weight every time you take a step.
Then come the materials that hold it: removable bags in cotton cuffs, iron pellets in neoprene pockets, a wood board under the carrier mat, a steel pan inside plastic walls.
Last come the details you notice on the third trip: handles that slip over a suitcase, a leash clip inside the carrier, a scoop that stands up on its own next to the box.

About Henkelion
Henkelion makes two kinds of things: weights you wear or hold, and gear for a cat or a small dog. The brand has been on the market since 2018, and the range now holds 5 products in 20 sizes, weights and colors, rated 78,379 times by shoppers.
If you train at home, start with the cuffs. A pair of our ankle weights carries ten bags you can take out, so a 3 or 5 lb cuff works for the first light weeks and the heavier sessions after. The same cuffs wrap your wrists for arm work, and the 3.3 lb silicone dumbbells cover the rest.
If you walk, the vest is the piece. Its weight is fixed, from 4 to 20 lb, and sits in pockets at the front and the back, with the elastic part of the strap at your waist. Start light: a vest you can wear for a whole walk does more for you than a heavy one that stays on the hook.
| You want to | Start with | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Add weight to leg lifts at home | Ankle weights, 2 or 3 lb a side | Bags come out for the first sessions |
| Walk or climb stairs with weight | Weighted vest, 4 to 8 lb | The weight is fixed: pick it once |
| Work your arms | 3.3 lb silicone dumbbells | One pair, one weight |
| Fly with a cat or small dog | Medium carrier, 17 x 11 x 11 in | Your airline's under-seat limit |
| Drive a pet up to 25 lb to the vet | Large carrier, 20 x 13 x 13 in | Pet within 18 x 12 x 12 in |
| Stop litter going over the side | Steel litter box, S or M | Your cat's length and your corner |
If you have a cat or a small dog, measure before you choose a carrier. Length and height decide the size, not weight alone: the Medium holds a pet within 15 x 9 x 9 in and up to 15 lb, the Large within 18 x 12 x 12 in and up to 25 lb. Only the Medium is designed for airplane cabins, and every airline sets its own limit.

Two kinds of things. Weights you wear or hold: adjustable ankle weights, a weighted vest and a pair of silicone dumbbells. And gear for life with a cat or a small dog: a soft-sided pet carrier in two sizes and a stainless steel litter box.
Measure your pet standing, from nose to the base of the tail and from the floor to the top of the head. Within 15 x 9 x 9 in and up to 15 lb, the Medium. Within 18 x 12 x 12 in and up to 25 lb, the Large.
The Medium carrier, 17 x 11 x 11 in, is designed for cabin travel. Airlines set their own under-seat limits and pet rules, so check yours before you book. The Large carrier is for car trips and the vet.
The strap, yes. The weight, no: each vest has a fixed weight of 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 or 20 lb, so choose the weight you will use most, and start light if you are new to walking with a vest.
Take weight bags out. Each pair holds ten removable bags, five in each cuff, so the same pair works for lighter and heavier sessions.
