Contact us
How to reach Henkelion by email, phone or mail about carrier sizes, vest and ankle weights, colors and prices, and where to go for an order or a return.
Write or call
Email roam@itshenkelion.com, or call (605) 555-0143 on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm Central. We answer questions about carrier sizes, which vest or cuff weight to start with, colors, wrong figures on a page and prices from our last update.
Put the product and the color in the subject line. For a carrier, add your pet's length, height and weight: that is the quickest way to the right size.
Our address

Orders and returns
Orders go through our retail partner. For a delivery, a refund or a product that arrived damaged, use the order page where you checked out: that is where the order lives.
